About this Program
The New Muslim Support Circle is a year-long program designed to accompany new Muslims through their spiritual, emotional, and practical journey after embracing Islam. It provides a safe and supportive space to connect, learn, share, and grow together as a community.
Each session nurtures belonging, builds confidence in Islamic practice, and bridges the gaps many new Muslims face — from understanding faith and building daily habits to navigating emotional transitions. This program is for converts only.

1. Bridge knowledge and emotional gaps faced by new Muslims through consistent, structured support.
2. Provide a safe and inclusive environment for open discussion, learning, and spiritual reflection.
3. Foster community connection by building friendships and a sense of belonging.
Week 1: Finding Your Place
This program will run throughout Al-Mujadilah’s learning cycles. Each cycle will present an outline with different themes for discussion and connection.
Identity, Belonging & the Revert Journey
Explore identity, belonging, confidence, and the emotional journey of embracing Islam.
Week 2: Family, Relationships & Boundaries
Learn practical approaches to maintaining family relationships, navigating social expectations, and setting healthy boundaries with compassion.
Week 3: Navigating Life’s Challenges with Faith & Resilience
Develop emotional resilience, strengthen tawakkul (trust in Allah), and explore Islamic approaches to coping with life’s challenges.
Week 4: Becoming the Muslim Woman You Aspire to Be
Reflect on your journey, build sustainable habits, strengthen your relationship with Allah, and create a personal action plan for continued growth.
By the end of the program, participants will:
- Build confidence in their identity as Muslim women.
- Strengthen their sense of belonging and purpose.
- Develop practical tools for navigating relationships and making values-based decisions.
- Build resilience through faith and Islamic values.
- Create a personalised action plan for ongoing spiritual and personal development.
- Connect with a supportive community of fellow Muslim women.
