General
By using this website or registering or a program, course, event or retreat (each, the “Program”) of the Qatar Foundation Al-Mujadilah: Center and Mosque for Women Al-Mujadilah Center (the “Al-Mujadilah Center”), you accept and agree to be legally bound by the terms herein. Please also read the Qatar Foundation Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes how your personal data is collected and processed when you use this site or participate in a Program.

Code of Conduct
You agree to comply with Al-Mujadilah Center’s Code of Conduct. Any failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in a certificate earned in a Program being withheld or revoked, being unenrolled from Program, dismissal from a Program, additional actions in the sole discretion of Al-Mujadilah Center. No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.
Code of Conduct violations will be determined at the sole discretion of Al-Mujadilah Center. Al-Mujadilah Center may make changes to Code of Conduct from time to time.
Courses and Content
Al-Mujadilah Center reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, delay, reschedule or alter the format of any Program, and you agree that Al-Mujadilah Center any liability to you for such an action.
Certificates
The Al-Mujadilah Center may offer certificates for a program. Certificates will only be provided to participants who, in the Al-Mujadilah Center’s sole judgment, have satisfactorily demonstrated mastery of the program material and fulfilled all the program’s requirements. Certificates are not degrees or accredited credentials but are certificates of completion only. The Al-Mujadilah Center makes no warranties about the certificates provided.
Fees
Al-Mujadilah Center may offer a Program for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees when due. Unless otherwise specified, the processing of your payment information is done by a third-party payment vendor, and you will be routed to a secure payment flow controlled by that vendor to complete the payment transaction. Such payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party payment vendor. Additionally, all payments are subject to Al-Mujadilah Center’s refund policy below.
Refunds
If you would like to withdraw from a Program, paid Programs may be eligible for a refund for a period of time. The applicable refund period for some programs are described below. If the registration materials for a particular Program contains details regarding refunds, that information will prevail over the information provided below. To receive a refund in accordance with the applicable refund policy, you may initiate this refund from your profile on Al-Mujadilah’s website (almujadilah.qa).
- Workshops/Seminars: To receive a refund with respect to your enrollment’s in a workshop or seminar, you may withdraw or unenroll from the workshop or seminar up to 1 hour prior to the start of the workshop or seminar. To withdraw or unenroll, please contact letsconnect@qf.org.qa. For refunds within the refund period specified above, refunds will be processed within 60 days and all refunds will be subject to processing fees. If you withdraw within 1 hour of the start of the workshop or seminar no refund will be provided.
- Courses: To receive a refund with respect to your enrollment in a course, you may withdraw or unenroll from the course up to 1 hour prior to the start of the course. To withdraw or unenroll, please initiate this refund from your profile on Al-Mujadilah’s website (almujadilah.qa). For refunds within the refund period specified above, refunds will be processed within 60 days and all refunds will be subject to processing fees. If you withdraw within 1 hour of the start of the course no refund will be provided.
- Retreats: To receive a refund with respect to your enrollment in a retreat, you must comply with the refund policy set forth in the retreat materials. Generally, you may withdraw or unenroll from the retreat until 60 days prior to the start of the retreat. In some cases, depending on the nature of the retreat, the specific refund terms of the retreat may have a different time period for a full refund. Any refund terms set forth in specific retreat materials will govern the terms and periods of refunds for the specific retreat. Additionally, most retreats will provide for a partial refund within a shorter period than 60 days, such as a 50% refund for withdrawals within two weeks of the start date of the retreat. All refunds will be subject to a 10% administrative fee, which is non-refundable and will be subject to applicable resort, hotel or room and board refund policies. Generally, to withdraw or unenroll, please contact letsconnect@qf.org.qa. Refunds within the refund periods specified above will generally be processed within 60 days and all refunds will be subject to processing fees. No refunds will be given for withdrawal or unenrollment within two weeks of a retreat’s start date.
Trademarks
Al-Mujadilah Center or Qatar Foundation, logos and seals are protected trademarks of Qatar Foundation ("Trademarks"). You may not use any of these Trademarks, or any variations thereof, without our prior written consent. You may not use any of these Trademarks, or any variations thereof, for promotional purposes, or in any way that deliberately or inadvertently claims, suggests or, in the owner’s sole judgment, gives the appearance or impression of a relationship with or endorsement by the owner.
Nothing contained on should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark without the written permission of the owner of the applicable Trademark.
Disclaimer
The materials on this website or in a Program are provided on an 'as is' basis. Al-Mujadilah Center makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Al-Mujadilah Center does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website, in a Program or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
Access to Al-Mujadilah Center Premises
You agree that, when and to the extent that they are entering Al-Mujadilah Center or Program premises, take all reasonable care, and comply with all Al-Mujadilah Center or Program requirements and policies in relation to those premises, including health and safety requirements.
Tours
As Al-Mujadilah is a mosque and center for women, we prioritize creating a safe and comfortable environment for our students/ visitors. We do offer tours of our facility, and while we generally restrict these tours to women, we understand that there may be occasions when it is necessary for men to join.
Men are permitted to participate in tours only upon the specific request of an institution. Such requests should be made in advance and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a tour, click here: Tour Request.
Limitations
In no event shall Al-Mujadilah Center, its affiliates or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials this website or your participation in a Program even if the Al-Mujadilah Center or its authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Modifications
Al-Mujadilah Center may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By using this site or registering or participating in a , you are agreeing to be bound by then current version of these terms of service. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated effective date.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the Al-Mujadilah Center, and its respective affiliates, officers, faculty, instructors, students, fellows, governing board members, agents and employees from and against any third-party claims, actions, or demands arising out of, resulting from or in any way related to your use of the site or participation in a Program, including any liability or expense arising from any and all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sate of Qatar and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Language
These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English and translated into Arabic, English language version will prevail if there is any inconsistency between the two.
