About this Program

For girls aged 11–16.   This interactive workshop helps young Muslim women build healthier habits and better manage their time as they prepare for the upcoming academic year. We will explore common challenges such as procrastination, distractions, busy schedules, and balancing school, responsibilities, and personal time.   Through guided activities and practical exercises, participants will learn simple strategies to stay organized, manage their time more effectively, and approach their daily routines with greater focus and balance. The session also encourages them to reflect on how small changes in habits and routines can improve productivity, reduce stress, and create a healthier daily rhythm.   Participants will leave with greater self-awareness and practical tools they can immediately apply to manage their time with more confidence, balance, and intention.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:   - Identify personal sources of stress and recognize how they affect thoughts and emotions - Recognize how habits such as distraction, lack of planning, and overcommitment contribute to feeling overwhelmed - Understand how small intentional actions can positively impact focus, effort, and emotional well-being - Describe how mindset shifts, including patience and trust in Allah, can help reduce stress and pressure - Apply practical strategies to manage stress and daily responsibilities more effectively - Reflect on how simple changes in habits and perspective can improve focus, balance, and productivity
