About this Program

Khawla Summer Camp invites girls aged 9-12 to join its activities, organized around the theme of “Kindness and Help.” The camp offers a warm and safe space where girls can discover the meaning of mercy and compassion, drawing inspiration from the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, to become more aware and cooperative in their daily lives.   Under the supervision of educational instructors, we will embark on an enjoyable two-week journey that combines reflection, play, and teamwork, building a vivid understanding of our relationship with the universe and our interaction with all that it contains.   Camp Objectives: • To develop girls' awareness and strengthen their relationship with Allah in a way that is tied to practical behavior. • To instill Islamic values as daily practices that girls can live by and cherish. • To build individual and social skills through shared activities and experiences. • To create a safe and comfortable space where girls feel a sense of belonging and can discover themselves, learn, and interact freely.   Camp Details: The camp includes various activities such as: • Reflection and contemplation sessions • Purposeful recreational activities • Group prayer • Fun skills workshops • Creative small projects   Through reflection on stories from the Qur’an, dialogue sessions, and inspiring trips, these sessions will address several themes related to girls’ lives, including: • Appreciating blessings and the environment around us • Honoring parents and maintaining kinship ties • Sisterhood in Islam   From Theory to Practice Because we believe that mercy is not just an idea to be enunciated, but a virtue to be lived, learning outcomes are combined with concepts of practical value from the Sunnah, such as kindness, righteousness, benevolence, kind words, and lending a helping hand. In this way, we grow together to create a beautiful impact on ourselves and everything around us.
