About this Event

Join us for the second edition of our series, “Women Whom the Most Merciful Has Purified,” featuring a trilogy of the faith that is unwavering in the face of adversity, and embarking on a journey into the depths of the soul that confronts fear with faith persistently. We travel from the “House of Prophethood” in Mecca to the “Palace of Tyranny” in Egypt, exploring how faith forged out of three women a force that led to the downfall of Pharaoh's throne. Our aim is not to recount historical narratives, but to delve into the psychology of resilience and the sources of certitude exemplified by:

  • Prophet Musa’s mother, demonstrating the struggle between maternal love and the call of divine revelation. How do we caste aside our fears and remain secure in Allah’s promise?
  • Prophet Musa’s sister, highlighting wisdom in faith, steadfastness in difficult situations, and the role of women in driving change behind the scenes.
  • Asiya bint Muzahim, providing a lasting example of indomitable inner strength. How is it that a woman can build a “house in Paradise” while living in the heart of hell?

A psychological and educational journey, the lecture delves into the “treasures of purification” and covers:

  • The jurisprudence of strategic patience: How does hardship become a blessing?
  • Stillness of the heart under pressure: How did these women confront existential anxiety with the reassurance of Allah’s presence?
  • The architecture of the soul: How can you build a heart unshaken by circumstance, and a soul that clings to the heavens despite the intensity of worldly hardships?

This is a gathering for every heart seeking tranquility amidst the vicissitudes of life, one that elucidates how "submission" is the strongest weapon for the believing woman, and how Allah purifies the souls that remain true to Him in the darkest of times. Note: This lecture is delivered online. A link will be sent to all registrants on the day of the event.
