About this Program
Between the depths of loss and the throne of empowerment lies a story that invites not only contemplation but the transformation of the self.
Join us in this intensive three-session program as we delve into the wisdoms of Surah Yusuf to explore how the prophets navigated feelings of loss, jealousy, treachery, and triumph. We will look beyond simple readings of the story toward the "jurisprudence of emotion," and learn how to convert our pain from a stumbling block into a launch pad for psychological and spiritual empowerment.
The program is an analytical exercise to uncover the psychological nuances of Surah Yusuf, where the Holy Qur’an serves as a practical guide to emotional intelligence. Covered themes include self-awareness, managing emotions in times of provocation, and the art of reading the emotions of others.
The program combines the centrality of the Qur’an with the latest findings in psychology relating to emotional intelligence, with the aim of mastering the practical tools that empower us to remain steadfast amidst life's storms.
