About this Program

Growing with the Qur’an (Intermediate) is ideal for students who already recite comfortably and have memorized a number of surahs/ajza' (no specific amount required). It offers a deeper and more reflective Qur’anic journey while continuing to nurture strong recitation and character-building. Pre-requisite: Students should already be familiar with and strong in correct recitation and memorization. This level builds on core foundational elements of tilawah, tajwid and tadabbur which includes stories/lessons of the Qur’an at a more advanced and thoughtful pace. Students will: Each class will provide an opportunity for the students to engage in more accurate and fluent recitation practice, explore selected surahs with deeper reflection on meanings, lessons, and wisdom, and learn to connect Qur’anic guidance to real-life situations and personal behavior. The program also strengthens memorization through structured hifth practice and includes guided discussions that encourage thinking, relating, and applying. With class sizes limited to 12 students, each learner receives personalized feedback and meaningful engagement throughout the program.

By the end of the program, students will:
- Recite with improved fluency, accuracy, and begin tajweed application
- Deepen their understanding of Qur’anic meanings and reflect on how verses relate to daily life
- Strengthen memorization of selected surahs through structured hifth practice
- Demonstrate greater emotional understanding and application of Prophetic character
- Continue building a strong, heartfelt connection to the Qur’an as a source of guidance and growth
