About this Program
Join us with your daughter for an interactive workshop that brings mothers and daughters along on a journey of creativity and nutritional awareness. The workshop aims to transform traditional approaches to the lunchbox, turning it from a simple routine meal into a fun experience that children actively participate in creating and preparing. Through this workshop, mothers will learn how to prepare balanced, filling, and visually appealing meals, while young girls will discover the joy of selecting and arranging healthy ingredients themselves. This innovative blend of fun and education helps reduce picky eating habits in young girls and fosters enthusiasm for meals they have prepared with love and skill. Registration for this workshop includes both mothers and daughters (aged 7-10).
Smart Lunchbox Design: • The basic rules and techniques for choosing the right healthy lunchbox (airtight and free from harmful chemicals like BPA). • Understanding internal compartments to maintain the quality of food and prevent its mixing. The Balanced Plate: • Applying a “modern philosophy” for integrating essential food groups (protein as a central pillar, complex carbohydrates, fiber, and healthy fats) in a balanced way. Sugar and Energy Alternatives: • Creating natural and smart snacks (such as date balls with oats, and fruit yogurt) that provide energy for the child without causing a sugar crash. Smart Shopping Guide: • How to read food labels to make the best choices. • A list of essential shopping items that every household should have. Meal Prep Menu: • Practical steps for planning and preparing all the ingredients of the school week in just one hour, eliminating morning stress completely.
After completing the workshop, mothers and their daughters will be able to: • Know the standard health specifications when purchasing a lunchbox to ensure food safety. • Create a complete meal plan that covers an entire school week in record time and with minimal effort. • Understand how to distribute nutrients within the lunchbox to ensure stable blood sugar levels, satiety, and morning focus for the child. • Gain the skill to replace processed sweets with creative homemade snacks that support the child's health and boost their energy without causing distraction or lethargy. • Develop the skill to check products in the supermarket and select those with the least sugar levels and highest nutritional value to create a healthy shopping basket.
